We have specialized experience designing information systems for the medical community, but our services are not limited to medical office settings. Electronic Medical Records
We have been working with electronic medical records for over ten years, primarily focused on implementation of McKesson Practice Partner. We also offer modular solutions, which we call "companion products." These companion products are all used to help you get information into the patient chart. From fax servers to our own Scan Assistant program, we have many processes in place to help you on your quest to go paperless in an efficient manner.

Zetafax Fax Server
Used to fax outgoing progress notes, chart data and Rx information. Also useful for incoming faxed consult reports from specialists.
OmniPage Pro
Used in conjunction with Zetafax Inbox, users can use optical character recognition to enter faxed documents right into the chart. The result is a text based progress note that becomes searchable and the notes take less disk space.
Scan Assistant 2008
Our own program, designed to easily link scanned documents to Practice Partner charts.
Phonetree Pro
A product designed to work with any EMR. Automated appointment reminder phone calls can reduce your no-shows significantly!
